Stephen Keogh - Director

Stephen has in excess of  20 years experience in the Irish property sector.  His specialist professional focus is Rateable Valuation practice and commercial property management. Prior to the establishment of OMK, Stephen successfully ran his own property consultancy practice.  He also previously worked in the ESB Property Services Department.  Additionally he is also an experienced Loss Adjuster / Assessor.

Donal O'Donoghue - Director

Donal is a recognised expert in the Irish property market with nearly 20 years experience of

the industrial, retail, office and residential sectors. He has previously worked in the Professional Services Department in Lisney as well as being a Development Manager with Treasury Holdings. He has extensive expertise in Commercial Rates;  Estate Strategy Planning, Asset Management, Planning & Development Advice, Development Appraisals, and Joint Venture agreements.

Michael F. Keogh, FSCSI/FRICS

Michael is an industry leading Rating Valuation expert with over 40 years experience in the Valuation Office (VO).  At the time of his retirement from the VO, he was one of only two statutory Appeal Officers with responsibility for all appeals nationwide.

His extensive experience and insight into the internal policies and procedures of the VO is invaluable to OMK’s clients.       

Órla O'Donoghue

Órla joined our team in 2012 as an Office Manager. She currently assists the directors with a broad range of services, and is currently studying a BSc. Ordinary Degree in Property and Facility Management in conjunction with her work. Orla has in excess of 10 years experience working in the Financial sector and currently maintains and manages assigned property portfolio on behalf of the directors. She also manages in-house financial administration.

Ruth Moore

Ruth joined our team in 2016 as an administrative assistant.  She currently assists the directors with a broad range of services including commercial and residential property management, sales, lettings, and rateable valuation surveys and inspections. She is studying part-time in DIT in conjunction with her work to complete a BSc in Property Studies, and to become Chartered with the SCSI.
